Bongiorno's Contracting is pleased to offer computer designing and property layouts. We have our own pc program for placing: shrubs, walls, decks etc., in any layout so you can get ideas as to what your site may look like before the job is even started. This will enable you to select and choose from various landscape ideas which can be used in your residential or commercial project.

The cost of our designs vary by the size of the project and how much research is needed to find out who you are and what you'll be happy with.

If your project is not on a grand scale, our management team can work up a plan at no charge providing the construction is done by our company. We are not architects, but we know our buisness and we have not had any complaints. If you are interested in seeing some more of our work we will gladly meet with you to show you photos.

We own our equipment and we meet our deadlines.  We don't rely on contractors or rent or borrow equipment from other companies.  This is a representative sample of one of our projects.

Our designs cover a site analysis which we use for thoughts or notes about the limitations and potentials of the site. Including information on views to hide or highlight, soil and drainage conditions, sources of noise to buffer, or conditions that are unsafe.

Site Inventory Layer : used to note everything about the property such as the prevailing wind direction, sun orientation and existing traffic patterns. Also for marking entry- and exit-ways as well as any easements that need to be observed.
